W.G LEAD SYSTEMS LLC · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2026
Website terms
This website introduces our work and services. A conversation or inquiry does not purchase services or create a client engagement.
About these terms
These terms describe use of the website operated by W.G Lead Systems LLC in Meriden, Connecticut. They do not replace a signed client agreement or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
Projects and proposals
Services begin only after scope, fees, and the applicable agreement are accepted by both parties. Any timelines, deliverables, revisions, third-party costs, ownership, and ongoing support are addressed in that agreement. An inquiry is not a commitment to purchase, and we are not obligated to accept every project.
Portfolio and results
Personal projects, internal tools, prototypes, and samples are identified as such. Illustrative data is not evidence of client results. Website services do not carry a promise of a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, advertising returns, or search rankings.
Reasonable use
Please do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or send unlawful material. Only provide information you are entitled to share.
Content and third-party services
Site content is owned by W.G Lead Systems LLC or its respective rights holders. You may view and share links to this site. Other use remains subject to applicable intellectual-property law and any permission granted by the rights holder. Third-party names identify their products and do not imply endorsement.
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or operation.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided “as is” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for paid services are addressed in the client agreement.
Questions and applicable law
